What You Build

By the end of week four,
you have 3 working systems.

You built all of them during the sessions. You know how every piece works because you were the one who built it.

Vercel-Hosted Website

A production site built live in the group, on Vercel, in your own account. You know how to update this one because you built it yourself, and Vercel handles the rest.

Claude Code Environment

Your AI development environment, set up and configured for your specific business during the bootcamp. Vix walks every decision out loud. When we're done you can build and ship on your own schedule without keeping a developer on retainer or waiting on someone else's calendar.

AI Content System

A content system built in your voice, trained on your audience, wired to the tools you're already paying for. You set it up in week three. It publishes before we close week four. You run it yourself from that point forward.

How It Works

Four weeks.
Two sessions each.

Every week has one teaching session and one open co-working session. The teaching session is Vix building out loud and you building alongside her. The co-working session is body-doubling time: you show up, you build, and if something breaks you've got the rest of the cohort and Vix in the room to work through it.

Week 1

Foundation & Setup

Claude Code installed. GitHub connected. Environment configured. We also map out what your site needs to actually do and which tools in your current stack are worth keeping. Every founder leaves week one on identical footing so the build weeks are clean. Co-working session: finish setup and flag anything that needs troubleshooting before week two.

Week 2

Build Your Site

You build your production website live, in the group session. No WordPress. No plugin conflicts. No waiting on a developer to push a change you asked for three weeks ago. Vix codes out loud and you replicate the process for your own business in the same session. Co-working session: keep building with the cohort in the room until your site is taking shape.

Week 3

Configure Your AI Tools

You connect your AI tools to your real business: voice profiles, content templates, and a client onboarding sequence that doesn't live in your personal inbox anymore. The tools you've been paying for get a job. The follow-up process you've been doing manually gets a system. Co-working session: get your content system to a state you can run on your own before you leave.

Week 4

Launch & Publish

Your site goes live on Vercel. Your content system publishes its first real output. Your onboarding sequence runs without you touching it. You leave with three working systems and a clear read on what to build next. Co-working session: everyone ships together.

$7,500

One-time investment, per founder. Eight live sessions with Vix and 9 other founders, plus every system you build during the four weeks.

Payment plan available: 2 payments of $3,750.
